MV Agricultural Society

    Martha’s Vineyard has its own convivium (chapter) of Slow Food, a non-profit, eco-gastronomic member-supported international organization founded in 1989; they organize events for members and the community. “We advocate sustainability and biodiversity through educational events and promote the consumption of seasonal and local foods. We support our local farmers, fishers, artisans and everyone who supports local food.”
