Living on Martha’s Vineyard a real joy.

March has arrived and   Mother Nature has played her cards in our favor. Rentals are flowing in and we are feeling optimistic.  The Market has picked up and we have sold several properties so we are expecting a very busy spring. 

The one thing I love about being an agent here on the island is the community of other agents .  We truly support each other and hope for the best for one another.

I spent the day on Lucy Vincent beach this past Sunday March 7^th !  A father and his son were building  a make shift tent with drift wood and gifts the sea had delivered to the shore from the ocean.  I followed  bare foot prints in the sand thinking to myself “this person is wishing it was summer”.. As I continued my stroll I looked  up to the cliffs, there high on a hill overlooking Stonewall beach  with all her grandeur  stood our

$14 million dollar listing.  Boy I thought “what a beauty !” and how I hoped soon she would be full of life ! family , friends , children and lots of love. 

These are the things that make owning and living on Martha’s Vineyard a real joy.
